Clearene has updated our regular service offering for 2022. The goal of our regular service is to provide clean, clear, and safe water. Providing home owners and swimmers peace of mind that their water is safe for swimming.
$(call for pricing) per visit + Chemicals used for sanitation, water balancing, and preventive treatments
*Pool must have a working in pool cleaner (we sell and/or rent in pool cleaners)
Service includes:
- Testing water
- Treating water
- Inspect equipment for leaks and proper operation
- Emptying: Pump basket, skimmer baskets, and pool cleaner basket
- Backwashing sand filters – Field cleaning cartridge filters $(call for pricing)
- Start pool cleaner
Regular Service:
- Weekly or every other week
(May be known as weekly service, chemical service, regular maintenance, pool cleaning)
**If every other week service is selected, the home owner must participate in the care of the pool and water on the off week
Follow-Up Visit:
Clearene, unlike others in the industry will return the day after a regular service visit if the water requires it. The water may be dull, algae may be starting to grow, metals may be suspended in the water, or the water may be out of balance. Each and any of these conditions may require a follow up visit. Clearene will automatically schedule that visit and take the appropriate actions to treat the pool.
Follow-up visits are billed at $1.75 per minute the technician is on site (minimum charge per visit $40) plus any addition chemicals needed.
Payment and invoicing:
Clearene will invoice monthly and requires auto pay for regular service each month. Any equipment repair or other service will be invoiced seperatly.
Pool Care Training
Receive hands on training from one of our friendly, experienced technicians on how to take care of your pool or spa.
DELUXE BI-WEEKLY POOL CARE SERVICE INCLUDES:
- Netting the pool top
- Brushing the walls of the pool when needed
- Vacuuming the pool
- Cleaning and emptying skimmer baskets
- Back-washing
- Electronic water testing which is proactive in helping to detect and prevent water staining and algae growth*
- Organization and/or clean-up around the pool
