Dingy water could be a result of several things but is most likely due to a PH chemical imbalance. Clearene can rectify this for you by preforming a "pool shock" which will balance the chemicals in your water and take your pool or hot tub from green to clean.

This is scale formation because of high calcium hardness, high pH, or high total alkalinity.
