The hard cover was bad and under warranty and I needed them to come take a look and help me get Strong Industries to make and send a new cover for the Spa. They came out and agreed I needed a new cover and called and ordered a new cover for it. Got the new cover and Clearene came out and tried to install and the cover was wrong. Called Strong Industries and took pictures and sent to Strong Industries. Mark and all his crew were GREAT and helped me through the whole mess. “Mark Wynkoop, with Clearene Pool & Spa Service, came to see me mid-winter in 2008.  I had called about installing a solar pool heater the following spring.
“We had just moved into a house with an existing in-ground pool, and had the previous owner’s pool company close the pool soon after we moved in during the month of September 2008.  As someone with no experience opening, closing or maintaining a pool, I was a bit scared of the prospect.

“I knew after Mark came to visit, and spent time with me out in the wintery cold discussing my solar heater ideas in the dead of winter, that this company was the one I would use come spring time for my pool opening.  After the pool opening, I have continued to use Clearance for chemical supplies, and Mark delivers the products personally, promptly and happily!  He also spent over an hour with me this spring showing me how to test the pool water with a professional quality testing kit that Clearene supplied.  He introduced me to the concepts behind keeping your pool trouble free over time by keeping your water balanced, and the testing kit had a manual with all the details to support these efforts.  I asked many questions, and this education was invaluable and put me more at ease.  Of course, I’ve called a few times since with an “emergency” question when I come across situations that I could not figure out, and Mark always was happy to spend time with me on the phone and talk through my concerns.
